When was the last time someone told you they were proud of you?
Today! Today and yesterday! And it feels good! It feels really good!
The Sisterz with Blisterz are training, training for the challenge of a lifetime!
Together the Sisterz with Blisterz aka Heart, Courage and Mind are swopping their heels and handbags for boots and rucksacks and attempting to walk 100k (that’s 62 miles) in the London2Brighton Challenge 2013 to raise money for charity. And 100k? That is a long way!
So I would like to take this opportunity to say to my fellow sisterz – Jo aka Heart and Tracey aka Mind – that I am proud of you because I know just how much this challenge means to you and I also know just how difficult it will be. But you are the ones that have inspired me and without you, we are not three.
I would also like to say how proud I am of the rest of our team, Beth, Kaya and Cheyenne because of your ideas, the artwork and all you have put into to making us whole.
To the people who are supporting us – thank you for your kind words, your encouragement and how often you tell us that you are proud of us because without that we would not be feeling as motivated and ready to take on this challenge as we are.
And I am proud to say that this sister got her first blister today 🙂
